We loved the location of this hotel, the spa, the beach club (extra cost), and the food was very good. The beds were very uncomfortable and had only sheets on them, no comforters. The bathroom had mold all over it. They offered to change our room, yet the other one offered/available had mold as well. Basically, bathrooms need to be redone and rooms are very outdated and should be renovated. Besides that, the beach club was great and the view fabulous! Spa massages from Toyo (Toni) and Soy were amazing!
We truly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. We booked a standard room with breakfast. The room we received was on the third floor with a garden view. In fact we had a view of the pool but it was at the adjoining hotel. The room was just beautiful. It was huge with a king sized bed and a small living room. We also had a beautiful large balcony with a table and 2 patio chairs. The hotel had a beach club on the beach but we still had to pay for the beach chairs. The beach by the beach club was not very nice so my husband and I would walk to the Puerto Banus beach which was about a 10 minute walk and spend the day there. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There was a chef making fresh omelettes and eggs. There was always fresh squeezed juice and champagne along with lots of fruits and everything you could possibly ask for. The waiters always came around quickly with coffee and milk as soon as we were seated. We went to a flamenco show one evening which was also very entertaining and the buffet supper was simply excellent. Overall our 5 nights stay at this hotel was a great experience and we would not hesitate to return to this hotel again. We met many couples that have returned to this hotel many times and I could understand why. Overall a wonderful experience!
