Hemtrevligt boutique hotell med bra service

Mycket trevligt boutique hotell, bästa med stället var den trevliga personalen. Lugnt vid poolen och inga barnfamiljer, endast 11 rum och mycket bra frukost.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem Hotel. Es war sehr ruhig, das Hotel ist rund 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es hat nur wenige Zimmer, welche aber sehr grosszügig ausgestattet sind. Sonst id das Hotel auch sehr grosszügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ab und an musste man vielleicht nochmals Nachhaken oder Nachfragen. Aber dieses "vergessliche" empfanden wir nicht als störend. Es war schon fast sympathisch. Ich würde sofort wieder ins "The Touch" gehen.

Nice, quiet and cozy little hotel with good breakfast and nice pool area. Not the best lacation, 20 min Wall to Puerto Banus. So be prepared to walk a lot. Otherwise it is taxi or bicycle that works. The staff were really super friendly and nice aswell.

Schönes, familiäres Boutiqe-Hotel in toller Lage in Puerto Banus. Toller Organgen-Garten. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Die Betten sind äußerts bequem.

Første inntrykket var svært bra. Vi ble tatt godt imot. Fint rom,gode senger og fint uteområde. Så visste det seg at dusjen vår vart ett. Gulvet på badet ble oversvømt. Lite hjelp å få. De kunne ikke gjøre noe med det,siden det var fredag (morgen)! Vi fikk beskjed om å demme opp med håndklær,og dusje minst mulig. Vi fikk heller ikke tilbud om å skifte rom. En må fylle ut skjema om hva en vil ha til frokost,dagen før. Men virket ikke som de så på disse listene. Duker på spisebordet ble ikke byttet,og var skitne. En får ikke egen nøkkel til porten,og vi måtte veldig ofte stå og vente til det kom noen til resepsjonen for å åpne. Ved utsjekking spurte vi høflig om hvordan de ville kompensere oss for tre døgn med dusj som ikke virket. De strøk da en regning på to brus! I tillegg måtte vi betale mer for sykkelleie,siden prisen resepsjonisten hadde gitt oss var feil. Mye å ta tak i når det gjelder service. Vi kommer ikke igjen.

Hotellet var lite og sjarmerende. Fint rom, gode senger og fint uteområde. Men mye å ordne opp i når det gjelder service. Det er relativt dyrt å bo der, så en forventer god service. Dusjen vår gikk tett, og oversvømte badet første av morgenen vår. Lite hjelp å få. De kunne ikke gjøre noe med det siden det var fredag!! Resten av oppholdet måtte vi tette med håndklær, og dusje minst mulig. Hva en ville ha til frokost måtte bestilles dagen før, men det virket ikke som de brukte de listene. Skitne duker som ikke ble skiftet på frokostbordene. Vi spurte høflig om hvilken kompensasjon de ville gi oss pga dusj som ikke kunne brukes. Vi fikk strøket en barregning på to brus. Så ble vi avkrevd mer penger for sykler vi hadde leid, siden gan i resepsjonen hadde oppgitt feil sum. Vi fikk ikke egen nøkkel til porten, men måtte ringe på. De i resepsjonen var ikke der hele tiden, så da ble vi stående å vente. Vi kommer ikke igjen.

Beautiful property and very nice decor, but looks a bit run down. Food service is inconsistent even you order the same food item everyday. Staff are great, they tried to do their best and helpful. The sauna is not working. Could be a very good boutique hotel.

Hotel The Touch

Great hotel with a very tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were great, front desk was always happy to help with any requests. One minor point is that the hotel information in the room stated that room service was 24 hour however this was not the case as I tried to order just after midnight and was told the service was closed.

Beautiful boutique hotel

What a beautiful hotel. This hotel has recently been renovated as it was previously a villa. The deco is very beautiful and a lot of attention to detail has gone into this renovation. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and were cleaned everyday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and by our second day the lovely host during breakfast knew our order. On our first day our luggage had already been put in our rooms when we got back to the hotel as we arrived early before vheck in time. Oh our last day myself and my boyfriend checked out and went for a stroll a long the beach- by the time we came back our taxi was already outside and the hotel staff had already put our luggage in the taxi for us! The hotel is a 35 mins walk from Puerto Banus harbour and you can walk to the harbour along the beach on the board walk. A taxi journey takes 10 mins and is about 7-10 euros. We had teas, coffee and a kettle in our room and also a free mini bar- which had snacks and soft drinks for our pleasure. Perfect for couples or a for quite stay with friends/ family as it is peaceful and relaxing. There were not any negatives but our shower was cold one day but this was sorted within 10 minutes I would say- they were very quick and very apologetic regarding this- so it was no issue at all. Breakfast was nice as I eat quite light but there wasn’t hot food (not sure if it’s a Spanish thing). But you can request for eggs/ toast etc. Highly recommend The Touch!

Top hotel op top locatie

Zeer vriendelijk personeel van receptie tot aan bediening. Álamos is the best waiter in Spain, so friendly and polite!
