Apartment located in Marbella ideal for families, located just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, a few meters from the beaches of El Cable and La Bajadilla, and the Fishing Port. The accommodation offers free WiFi, air conditioning, private parking, swimming pool (open only in July and August), green areas and a beautiful terrace. The bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with single beds, have two bathrooms, the living room is spacious and the kitchen perfectly equipped. (01/07/2026 - 31/08/2026).

The Cable beach, the largest in Marbella town, is about 100 meters away: crossing the street you can access the descent that leads to it. The fishing port of La Bajadilla is a 2 minute walk: here you find the best typical restaurants to eat fish and seafood, while the old town and the Alameda can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity you find services of all kinds: Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, stores, cab and bus stops.

Daniel was also very nice and helpful and accommodating. it wasn’t made clear enough that the pool wouldn’t be available for use. The balcony wasn’t as nice as the pictures made it seem, and also there was no view of the sea / not much sun, which felt misleading when looking back at the pictueres.
