A very comfortable modern villa in the area Costabella, Marbella. It offers a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed between a main house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a separate apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, its own kitchen and living area.
The location only a short walk to the beach could not be better. Several beach restaurants like Luuma beach, Bono's beach, Siroko and Nosso are within walking distance as well as shopping facilities and a couple of bars. The area is very quiet and perfect for families.
The large open plan living/dining/kitchen area has high ceilings and light shining in from all four sides. It has large sliding doors giving access to the terrace and garden area. The whole house has air-conditioning and underfloor heating for in the winter. Even in the master bathroom underneath the natural stone bath there is heating.
The kitchen has all modern appliance and even an integrated coffee maker and wine fridge. The pool area is very private and has a large decking around for sunbathing.
The villa in Marbella has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The villa is tastefully-furnished, is ample, and is 195 m².
