Cosy one-bedroom house with private garden in the Costabella area, Marbella. One of Marbella's most beautiful beaches is just 550 metres on foot and you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars at a short distance.

This is a perfect destination to relax. The house is comfortably equipped and offers space for a maximum of 2 people.

There is a south-facing garden with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower at the back of the house and an outdoor patio for breakfast or shade on a hot day at the front.

The kitchen has the necessary appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, toaster, kettle.

WiFi and satellite TV (German, English, French and Spanish channels) are available for our guests. Outside in the patio there is a cupboard with the washing machine.

This cosy little house has 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people.
