Wonderful 3-bedroom townhouse with a fantastic outdoor terrace and several swimming pools, located in an incredibly green and excellently located residential complex. Situated in Golden Beach, the property comes with direct access to the beach!

This apartment, set in a peaceful residential complex, stands out for its landscaped green areas and premium location.

In the area, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, and some of the best beaches in Marbella, located in Elviria only a few minutes away.

The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area integrated into a spacious living room, and a cozy reading and TV space. The dining area and the main living room are connected to the fantastic outdoor terrace which allows for the enjoyment of a true summer rooftop, providing a second dining area for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
