This is a very modern, light and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with private enclosed garden. Overlooking the 15th hole of Guadalmina North Golf Course, it is in a quiet and picturesque location. There is a very spacious lounge and dining area that leads out onto the terrace which has patio furniture for sitting back and enjoying the morning sun and a nice glass of wine in the evening! This apartment can sleep up to 4 person with two bedrooms, one double bed and one twin bedroom, perfect for couples and families alike. It is a short walk to the local beach/shops and children can play in the apartments own garden! This superb apartment also comes with two luxury pools, set in sub-tropical gardens, 24 hour security, underground parking, free high speed WIFI and international TV channels/Firestick. Local area: This apartment is the perfect location for everyone. It is located less than a few minutes stroll to the beach where there is jet ski hire and other watersports. It also have some wonderful restaurants and bars that serve food all day. Only a few minutes walk is Guadalmina shopping area, where you can try Spanish tapas to traditional English food, and a local supermarket/paper shop for your daily needs. The bus route is also located here, so a car is not necessary. San Pedro is a very comfortable walk from the apartment. An ancient farming community, famous for growing sugar cane, today San Pedro is unspoilt and still traditionally Spanish. The main street of San Pedro is Marques del Duero, which boasts many banks and shops, including a pedestrianized street, where you can find ice cream stalls and small bars. San Pedro is home to various fiestas, but the main one is the fair in October. The streets are lined with fairground stalls and rides. The beach front of San Pedro is a very short walk from the apartment. Here you can find many beach bars and restaurants. Puerto Banus: The dazzling marina of Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, trendy restaurants and bars, is a magnet for visitors to the Costa del Sol and is less than 10 minutes drive from the port are a string of café’s, bars and restaurants and a string of boutiques and gift shops. While restaurants of the quayside are the places to be seen, you’ll sometimes get better value from the small restaurants tucked away up flights of stairs on the back streets. A great place for spotting celebrities. At night the smart restaurants, trendy bars and clubs are filled with people. The street market is in Puerto Banus, near the bullring, starts early in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. Marbella: is one of the ritziest resorts on the Costa del Sol. The playground of the rich and famous., being only a 15 minute drive from the apartment . The town’s attractions include a thriving commercial centre, the coastal promenade, beach and yacht harbour and the Casco Antiguo (old town).A must is the ‘plaza de Los Naranjos’ (orange square) in the old town. Cross over the main road from the beachside to find the picturesque maize of streets, pretty squares and whitewashed buildings. A delightful area to browse the shops. This is a popular place to enjoy a drink or eat al fresco, in a vibrant atmosphere. Gibraltar: For a day trip out, this is the perfect place. Once across the Spanish/ UK boarder you will find a host of guides that can take you on tours of the ‘Rock’, which normally includes a drive up to the top of the mountain to encounter the Barbary apes. Excellent property and location
Perfect locationProperty spotless and extremely well equipped with all needs. Just one suggestion would be a small food welcome pack even as an option that had to be paid extra especially for late arrivals. Gemma was brilliant and very informative and responded immediately.

Beautiful apartment which had everything one could want. Peaceful surrounded by luscious planting
Booked two week stay as my Daughter and boyfriend are living here for a few months. Enjoyed so much decided to spend a few more days! Weather fantastic apart from one spectacular thunderstorm one evening. Lovely area with so many interesting places to visit. Ronda an absolute must. Great places to eat and so much variety. One particular restaurant, El Cortijo de Ramiro, highly recommended. Gemma of Marbella Property Rentals was great, very friendly and helpful.

Super family holiday, lovely apartment and nice complex to stay in
We stayed for 2 weeks in a hot August and the air-con was much needed! Everything you could want is in walking distance and hiring a car in San Pedro was easy - we visited Gibraltar, Granada and Puerto Banus. The swimming pools are lovely and as it's a private complex, never too busy. Gemma is quick to respond to any questions and very welcoming - we would fully recommend the apartment.

Oasis of calm with all facets of a great summer holiday experience close at hand
Great location very secure gated residence nice pool, but close to the beach and several top notch beach clubs, beach bars and restaurants.
Gema our hostess was very welcoming and made sure we got over any issues immediately.

Takk for en fantastisk ferie
Vi ankom kl. 3 om natten, og ble mottatt av Gemma som om det skulle vært midt på dagen. Hun tok seg tid til å vise oss leiligheten, og hadde i tillegg kjøpt inn kaffe og noe å spise på. Med en slik mottagelse, måtte dette bare bli bra! Flott og godt utstyrt leilighet, fin belligenhet og stort basseng gjorde ferien vår til en flott opplevelse.
