Elegant two-storey townhouse located in the prestigious Peñablanca residential complex, one of the most sought-after areas in Marbella, adjacent to several renowned golf clubs. Its privileged location, just minutes from the beach and Puerto Banús, is complemented by a quiet, secure, and lush residential setting.

The property features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms—two of them en suite—as well as a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with high ceilings, open to the upper level, and direct access to the porch and private garden.
The kitchen, with a contemporary design, is fully equipped with high-end appliances. This floor also includes a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, along with the guest toilet.

Upstairs, accessed via open stairs from the living room, there are three additional bedrooms, each with two single beds placed together. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The team at genteel were your perfect hosts, property in a smashing private complex and house really well furnished and has an excellent garden with a lovely pool nearby. Hope to be back. Uber to the port or Marbella town most nights cheap and quick, never really waited for anything. A great spot. Thanks for having us
