Located just 400 meters from the beach, this thoughtfully decorated apartment ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay. It accommodates up to 4 guests.

>Kitchen: Spacious and convenient, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and all necessary dishware for a delicious meal. It also features a wide extendable bar and ample pantry space.
>Living Room: A beautiful space next to the kitchen with access to the balcony. It includes two 2-seater sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests.
>Glassed Balcony: Equipped with outdoor sofas, a coffee table, and a small desk. It is enclosed with glass and curtains for privacy, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful moment.
>Laundry Room: Located next to the kitchen and separated by a glass door, the laundry room features a washing machine and ample storage space.
>Bedroom: Filled with natural light, it includes a 150cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe with storage space, and a desk. This room is equipped with air conditioning and a fan.
>Bathroom: Features a shower with a floor-to-ceiling glass screen, toilet, bidet, and a vanity with a mirror and storage space.

Additionally, you will have access to a split air conditioner in the living room (and bedroom), an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The apartment includes an assigned underground parking space.

*The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.

*Please note that it is only possible to receive 2 adults or at most 2 adults and 2 children but it will not be possible to receive 3 or 4 adults in the property.

*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the apartment is exclusively available for couples or a couple with a child.

*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels for the number of guests booked; additional towels are available at an extra charge. Beach towels are not provided. *Airport transfers available. Please inquire about availability and pricing.

*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an additional charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
