Welcome, you will find yourself at home! It is a beautiful bright and spacious terraced house, with three double bedrooms, two of them en suite.

It is located in the Urb. Arcoiris, It is a beautiful and cozy urbanization. in one of the most exclusive and best located areas of the paradisiacal city of Marbella, just 200 meters from the Puente Romano Hotel. In the area known as “the Golden Mile” it is 5 minutes walk from the beach of the elegant Hotel Puente Romano, and strategically located halfway between Marbella and Puerto Banús.

It is a few minutes walk from the promenade with restaurants and bars and by car you will reach the main shopping center of La Canada.
Nearby there are several golf courses for golfers.

Its marble finishes, light and fresh colors, carefully decorated to the last detail with high quality furniture, make our home a home.

The urbanization has a communal pool and beautiful gardens.

We denominate the Golden Mile to the entire strip that includes from the west of Marbella-center to Puerto Banús.

Although it is only about 5km of strip, this area is one of the most exclusive and requested in terms of properties in Europe.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY PLANE
Malaga Airport is the main reference for both domestic and international flights: it is less than an hour from Marbella, and there is a direct bus Airport - Marbella, which leaves from Terminal 3.

If you have rented a car, to get there you just have to leave the airport in the direction of Cádiz - Algeciras, and drive on the A-7 until you find the exit for Marbella.

As an alternative, it is also possible to make flights to Seville or Jerez de la Frontera, but the distance is much greater and transport services are not as comfortable as from Malaga: in this case, it is best to rent a car. Gibraltar airport is an option only if you are traveling from the United Kingdom, since you hardly receive flights from other countries.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY BUS
If you decide to travel by bus to Marbella, you will have at your disposal numerous routes from all the main cities of the Costa del Sol, Andalusia and also from Spain: the services are efficient and there are usually no delays or schedule problems.

The line most used by tourists is the one that connects Malaga Airport with the Marbella Bus Station: there are several daily departures, it takes approximately 60 minutes to arrive and the ticket costs less than 10 euros.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR
The reference road, wherever you arrive, is the A-7: the highway runs along the coast and connects all its cities. There are installments of payment, called AP-7, that allow you to save some time, especially during the summer period, when traffic is more intense. If you arrive from Malaga, you will leave Torremolinos on your left first, then Benalmádena and just before reaching Fuengirola you can choose between the AP-7 toll road or continue on the A-7. If you like landscapes, the A-7 road is your choice, since it runs along a good stretch along the coast, and on the other side you can see the Sierra de Mijas. If you are in a hurry to arrive, then choose the highway
IF YOU NEED A TAXI OR RENTAL CAR
In addition to the taxis that are at the exit of the Malaga airport there are other companies specialized in transfers with more accessible prices that you can hire before arriving and that await you upon arrival.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY TRAIN
The train does not reach Marbella, as there is only a train to Fuengirola. It is but practical to travel by AVE to Málaga (María Zambrano Station) and then travel to Marbella by bus.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY BOAT

You can also get to Marbella by boat, but keep in mind that the city's marinas do not host maritime passenger traffic, only private boats. The closest port to Marbella that has maritime passenger traffic service is the Port of Malaga: here cruise ships dock and there are ferries that come from Ceuta, Melilla, Algeciras and other locations.

Large, modern, clean, light and airy townhouse in nicely maintained complex with lovely gardens

Luisa came to our rescue with a very last minute let whilst we we’re in Spain. The townhouse is large, clean, light and airy and well maintained. It has all the mod cons you will need. The plunge pool was a bonus on hot afternoons for a nice cool down. Whilst it is little too far in the heat to walk to easily walk to Marbella or Puerto Banus their is a regular and cheap bus to both. However having a car is an advantage. Locally the restaurants and bars are very good but very upmarket and expensive -not really for families. There is a handy Aldi about a mile away.
