OVERLOOKING THE BEACH between Puerto Banus and Marbella. Probably one of the best positions on the coast. Faces South and gets the sun all day.
Puerto Banus is a 12 minute walk on the promenade or 3 minutes by car. Marbella can be reached by walking along the promenade (25 minutes) or by car in 5 minutes. The Oasis complex has 22 villas with only 7 on the sea front . The pool area is absolutely first class as it overlooks the beach. The villa is ideal for children as they can be watched on the beach and brought indoors when it gets too hot.
Beach villa facing south: Located overlooking the beach between Marbella and Puerto Banus, this area is called The Golden Mile. There is nothing in front of the villas to interrupt the panoramic view of the sea and the villa gets the sun all day. The Oasis club is a very private location with a mark of distinction as a quiet and secluded complex. Said to be the best holiday location on the Golden mile because of the location and sea views. The Oasis Club also has a small private garden and the flowers and gardens are looked after by 2 gardeners so are always very colourful. The promenade is directly outside , between the villa and beach. Victors famous beach restaurant is only 150 metres away . A short walk on the beach will take you to Puerto Banus. The swimming pool is large and well cared for.
SUNNY: Because the villa faces South, it gets the sun all day. The enclosed garden is ideal for sunbathing and is equipped with all necessary chairs, sun beds, tables etc. The BBQ is in the garden.
Ideal for children: The garden is enclosed so can be cut off to keep young children in and the children can be left on the beach as they can be seen from the villa only 10 yards away.
Golf: The nearest golf club is less than a mile away and all the famous golf courses are within easy reach.The concentration of quality courses, the unique sunny and warm winter climate and the hospitality of the local people make the area absolutely ideal for golf lovers.The Costa del Sol is the best 'Winter Golf Resort in Europe '

Good location😊. Plenty of exercise with the golden mile promenade at your doorstep, plus the sea. Wonderful restaurants, east and west, all within walking distance. Easy access to grocery store. Wonderful caretaker - Maria, and the gardener - Miguel.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It’s location is simply unbeatable, right on the beach, but not a very busy one, and close to multiple beach restaurants. We especially enjoyed great vibe of the beachfront promenade, not noisy, just vibey. Regardless being so close to the public pathway the house has great privacy as it is slightly elevated from the walkway.
As per the property itself, it is well represented by pictures so you get exactly what you see, nothing too fancy just proper beach house with absolutely amazing front garden, where we spent most of our time , which also has proper wood barbecue, which served us very well.
Complex is super cute with well maintained beautiful greenery and with very spacious pool, which was never overcrowded during our stay in month of August.

Truely fantastic location and also a nice house
The location of the villa is just at the beach in likely the best area of Marbella with short walks to the best restaurants of different kinds and Puerto Banus. The beach is briliant and obviously just 50 meters away.
The house is nice with all things needed. The garden is quite isolated from the beach walk and people cannot see in, but you can see out, as the garden is elevated from the beach walk. There is nice pool in the resort but it was pretty cold in the month of March. There is full sun in the garden, but also shadow, if needed.
It was our secend stay in the house and we would definitely come back.
The owner Jonathan is very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect little beach villa with the best location in Marbella. Will be back!
We had a lovely stay! Beautiful views, sun all day, everything in walking distance, right on the beach and close to lovely restaurants and beach bars. We "forgot" to rent a car. Simply not necessary :)

A little piece of heaven on earth!
The villa was just perfect. Location excellent.It was
equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable and linens very high quality .The sunrises and sunsets over the ocean were stunning. Would definitely stay there again.

Das Haus hat eine unschlagbare Lage. Man läuft gut zu diverse Restaurants, zum Supermarkt und ist mit 2 Schritten am Meer. Parken vor der Anlage funktioniert gut. Die Anlage ist nicht die neuste, aber gepflegt und schön bepflanzt. Unser Haus hatte eine top Lange, leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist älter und sehr zweckmäßig. Die Küche bräuchte dringend eine Überholung. Geschirr und Equipment sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Es gibt nicht genügend Platz zum sitzen für 6 Leute. Essen muss man wirklich draußen, was bei Sommerwetter natürlich passt.Im Garten sind nur vier Liegen, aber noch eine andere Sitzgelegenheit. Insgesamt ist das Haus für den stolzen Preis, der aufgerufen wird, nicht ganz angemessen ausgestattet. Könnte alles etwas neuer sein. Ansonsten aber eine tolle Lage und Platz genug für 6.
