Nos encanta este piso y la zona. Ya habíamos estado en otro piso igual pero en el otro lado y es que de lo mejor que hemos alquilado en Marbella tanto en tamaño, ubicación y servicios… aunque lo peor es la plaza de parking que es muy pequeña para un coche SUV grande.

Gute Zeit
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Aussicht traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist grundsàtzlich wirklich sehr schön und sauber aber die Couch, Teppiche und Matratzen sind optisch in die Jahre gekommen und haben sehr viele unschöne Flecken - schmutzig halt. Die Kûche ist modern und auch sauber gewesen. Es war kein Bügelbrett da, wurde aber umgehend von der Wohnungsvertreterin besorgt.
Wir hatten trotzdem einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Pequeños detalles para ser un 5 estrellas.
Este magnifico apartamento situado en una de las zonas más exclusivas de Marbella y con unas vistas espectaculares, está gestionado por una empresa inmobiliaria, lo que debe suponer una ventaja para sus dueños reales, suele convenir en un trato poco personal así como una ausencia de detalles que distinguen lo simplemente bueno de lo excepcional. El apartamento está cuidadosamente decorado con muebles funcionales en general bastante cómodos y con un equipamiento de menaje suficiente. No tanto podemos decir en lo tocante al ajuar textil, un par de toallas de baja calidad y pequeño tamaño por persona, almohadas que más bien parecen cojines, sábanas y edredones escasos y una ausencia total de cualquier amenities al menos para la llegada.
A pesar de contar con buenos aparatos de TV estos no se podían ver por algún problema con la instalación comunitaria tal y como nos fue informado.
En lo tocante al registro de entrada la atención totalmente insuficiente dado que al coincidir nuestra estancia con una fecha de gran demanda, la persona encargada pudo dedicarnos apenas unos minutos para explicarnos escasamente donde se depositaba la basura. La casa tampoco cuenta con un manual de instrucciones de uso de los diferentes electrodomésticos, ni de las instalaciones propias de la misma así como tampoco información turística de la zona, ni de los servicios de emergencia. o comunicación disponibles.
En resumen, como se indica en el titulo, detalles que restan al menos una estrella a este precioso y cómodo apartamento.
