Forcthe price the property is very poor quality. The listing is also inaccurate, it says it has gym, it doesnot, it says it has tennis court, it does not. It says it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ut doesnot say the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is in a annex so if you need to use the 2nd bathroom you have to go outside and the annex smelt terrible. The patio door was hanging off, kitchen very small. If i was paying 3 or 4k it would be ok but not at 14k. Needs major work would never stay there again.
