These are studio apartments in the archi-famous Skol building located on the very beachfront of Marbella promenade and right in the town centre with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurants, shops, harbour, watersports, etc.

The studios have 2 single beds and a sofa bed for an extra guest or kid.
They're 35m2 located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor, all with great views of the beach, pool, park, garden and sea.

They're fully furnished, fitted and equipped: air con, wifi, washing machine and a full kitchen.

We aim to offer a hybrid between the comfort of a home and the service of a hotel.

An ideal spot! Location, views, views, and location we're available 24/7 and you can easily reach us by phone, email, etc Car is not needed but if you decide to rent one in order to discover the beautiful surroundings, we have parking spaces available for rent from 15€ per night. TOP LAGE!!!!

Nur eine kleine Tür trennt von der Promenade und vom Meer!! Appartement 122 C super ausgestattett, nur ohne Türen, war aber als Einzelperson kein Problem. Super gelegen, viele nette Bars etc. im Umfeld ganz schnell zu erreichen. Nettes Bedieenungspersonal, moderate Preise und Sonne satt, Herz was willst Du mehr!!!
