O Resort é bom! Localização muito boa beira mar. Mas o serviço de limpeza deixou muito a desejar, e tínhamos que enviar zap solicitando a limpeza toda manhã. Mas, de resto gostei muuto do resort, café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários bons, o Rafael e Tiago muito atenciosos.

Áreas externas do hotel muito bonita e bem cuidada. Bangalô já necessitando de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Grande maioria dos hospedes saindo para almoçar e jantar fora, devido aos preços. Destaque para o garçom Rafael. Outro ponto que o hotel precisa se preocupar é com a limpesa da praia em frente ao hotel. Acumulando muito lixo, e não vimos limpesa em nenhum dia. Os turistas pagam taxa de preservação e recebem praia suja!!

Razoável

A recepção é longe do estacionamento, e quando chegamos na mesma um calor insuportável, merecia um ar condicionado, mas a sorte foi que não tivemos que esperar muito. Os quartos são distantes também, tem transporte apenas para as malas, para os hóspedes tinha que ter aqueles carrinhos de golfe. Na minha saída os meninos do quadriciclo foram gentis e nos ofereceram uma carona, mas foi bem improvisado😅. O hotel está mal cuidado, tem tudo pra ser um bom hotel, mas muito longe de um resort. Café da manhã muito mal servido, não repõem com rapidez e pelo tamanho do hotel merecia uma variedade maior . Vantagem de ser em frente à praia é a 800 mts das piscinas naturais. Eu e meu filho comemos carne de sol e isca de peixe, nenhum dos dois estava bom. Uma coisa boa foram as dicas da atendente Angélica, foram primordiais para um lanche após as 22h e também sobre Barra Grande, uma simpatia de pessoa e muito empenhada em nos ajudar de todas as formas para que nós sentíssemos acolhidos. As piscinas grandes, uma aquecida que a aparência da água não era agradável, e a de borda infinita só vi suja, muito mal cuidada, o mar tinha água mais limpa. Enfim, têm que melhorar muito pra ver se chegam em 3 estrelas.
