We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was clean and fully equipped with kid stuff(step stool, plates/spoons, booster chair, baby gate) which I appreciated. The rooms were good and beds were comfortable. The back porch was our favorite spot. The only downside was the check-in time. We were driving from NC and got to the property an hour early and was told there was no early check-in. We have already been in the car for 12 hours so it was frustrating sitting in front of our house for an extra hour when the house was ready.

This was the perfect property for our group. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, from Marathon to Key West, and the house had more than enough kitchen stuff to cook up the fish we caught, make breakfast, and enjoy some cocktails. The balconies with fans were delightful, and the air conditioning was strong! We loved that there were extra towels for the beach or other excursions, and the washer/dryer were used much more than we thought they would be! Overall, highly recommended for adults or families.

Fully updated excellent home, exceptionally clean and a great location, walking distance from the resort facilities, beautiful scenic view of the canal. The home contains most of what you will need whether you’re cooking or ordering takeout or whatever furniture is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and all communications were very easy and forthcoming.

To start off, prior to booking I was told I could bring boat and park trailer at duck key, this was a lie. They do not allow trailer storage, nor does grassy key Marina or anyone around here …. Furthermore upon arriving we learn we can’t use the pools or any of the facilities other than the unit itself. Water pressure in showers is awful and communication w “owner” sporadic and took days - basically they use Vacasa who don’t do anything but use LLM AI responses to try and placate you but accomplish nothing . Every attempt at communication took over 24 hours to reply and was done by some other random Vacasa representative which sounded like chat bots . Yes it was clean and pet friendly and ocean view but the commutation w Vacasa was all bs. And lying to me about the trailer parking from get go set the tone. If you stay direct w hawks cay you get the braclwts to use pool and they DID IN FACT HAVE A PLACE TO PARK TRAILERS - but instead of letting me know this they lied to me and prevented me from using the obvious solution of booking direct w hawks cay which I recommend you do

Fishing trip

Excellent but inflexible for no reason.One dissappointment is that we were denied access one hour before just to drop off our bags. Room was ready so there was no reason not to allow it

Hawk’s Cay villa

Great place and location. I think there is a problem with the hot water heater- was luke warm at best. They could also stock extra toilet paper. Otherwise, it worked great for our family.

Beautiful 4 Bedroom

The townhouse has a nice layout, wonderful and relaxing views, was clean, and provided the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry datergent, linens, and 6 beach towels). We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful winter break!

Escaped the snow and single digit temps for shorts and sunshine in February. The water was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Toms of fish to see around the dock which the kids loved. Short drive to great restaurants and dog friendly beach. Plenty of room to spread out in the like new property. Very safe area to walk around and let the kids play. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Best view in hawks cay!

Stunning views from the living room and master bedroom. Perfect spot for my older kids to fish off the dock. There were some maintenance issues that the property manager will address after check out but nothing major. Comfy sofa for everyone to hang out. You don’t have access to amenities at Hawks Cay but you can go to Angler and Ale and make an appt at the spa. Which was great. We chartered the Final Final for two days of fishing out of hawks cay which was awesome. We would definitely rent again. My only advice for anyone else renting is that the only bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a convecting bathroom and it’s pretty small. Not a big deal but if you have anyone in your group with mobility challenges you should know that the downstairs room is smaller. The master is on the second floor. We hope to return again soon!

Great Unit in Hawks Cay

This unit was perfect for our group. We traveled with our 2 teenage kids, my mom and our small dog. Love that this property accommodated our 4-legged family member! The unit was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. It was super convenient having our boat right out back behind the unit. We would definitely stay here again!
