Welcome to our spacious waterfront home in Marathon, Florida Keys! Perfect for families, our home boasts ample space and amenities for a memorable vacation. Downstairs features three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with its own living room, while upstairs offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two sets of bunk beds for the kids. Outside, enjoy the expansive backyard with a newly constructed Pool with Hot-tub with 75 ft of dockage with boat lift. Our home comes fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and essential kitchen and bathroom items. Conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, with easy access to the bay and ocean for all your boating adventures. Each level includes its own washer/dryer and BBQ grill, and a bait freezer is available downstairs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home is centrally located in the heart of Marathon, ensuring a peaceful and convenient stay for your family. Neighborhood offers a boat ramp just a few blocks down the road, it does come with a fee to launch the boat. This is a new City of Marathon Feature. Enjoy the keys in style. Pool has a chiller and heater that comes with the home at $100 charge. Need to request either 24 hours in advance before arriving.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
