The Sunset Seeker is a beautiful property. I give it 5 stars despite the aggressively unkind neighbor. The property is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. We would definitely return.

Vacation

The house and pool was a perfect layout with dual master suites, a large kitchen for entertaining, and additional downstairs bedrooms for the kids. Great dock for fishing or kayaking too. Coco plum rentals was prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to marathon

Wonderful sunsets

The sunsets are the best feature of the property. House was clean, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and towels. The master suite is spacious and comfortable but has ZERO closet or hanging space. We did have an ant problem which we reported and were told it was sugar ants when instead we had carpenter ants mainly in the kichen and downstairs. They told us maintenance would bring bug spray but nobody showed. The downstairs bathroom doesnt have any AC. Maybe a little overpriced. Taking everything in to consideration it is worth a 4 star rating It

Group Family Trip

Overall the property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The property is beautiful, well maintained landscaping, and interior is very clean and modern. Our group had three issues but none were major, just annoyances. First, a floor plan on the listing would have been nice. There are two main bedrooms on the second floor, the rest of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The only staircase to access the second floor is outside meaning kids sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms needed to leave the house to come upstairs. Also, the middle of the first floor is only screened in so there is no real security from the outside world to the kids room. We could lock their bedroom from the outside but mothers were very nervous going to bed. We were traveling with kids between 5 and 10 and so it was stressful, but seems like the perfect setting for teenagers. Second, upon arrival we found the interior to be in perfect condition, however the dock fillet table had an open and very gross bag of shrimp on it, as well as two rusty fillet knives. Something we easily cleaned up but thankful the kids didnt get to it. And third, the pool lights went on during the day and shut off at night, opposite of what they should do. I reached out to the property manager who said they would get back to me but they never did. Again, none of these issues ruined our trip and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
