Please note, if booking through VRBO, Homeaway or Expedia, if you decide to cancel, the credit card fee of 3.5% will be deducted from your refund that you receive.
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your credit card used for booking for a period of 7 days, this hold of $1000 will commence 2 days prior to your checkout and will be in our custody for a period of 7 days. Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.

We love to go to the Keys for boating, fishing, lobstering, free diving, etc.. This property is the perfect location. Boat can be in the back yard. Home is beautiful & comfortable. Lovely spot with beautiful surroundings inside and out. Our 28ft Grady White was very happy right out the back door, and made it easy for lots of boating adventure. Ruth and Traci were only a pleasure to work with.

Great two weeks

Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool.
