We had three families and three generations. We all fit into this house comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils that were good. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were very nice. Patios had very nice furniture. The rooftop patio was well furnished with great outdoor furniture. Every floor had a nice deck, and we used them all a lot. Beach accessories included 4 beach chairs, 2 in good shape. Beach umbrellas, noodles, a cooler. Very nice gas grill and small fridge downstairs. Pool was very nice; temp was set to 88 degrees. The dock was fun to sit on; fishing was a challenge with strong currents pushing through the nearby cut. Son-in-law cast as far as he could and hooked a shark. Fought him really hard and eventually broke his rod. Two nearby beaches, Sombrero and Bahia Honda, were better than Key West beaches. Several good restaurants about 5 blocks away. Conch Creamery nearby had great ice cream and very friendly staff.

5 starsWe had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We did run into one minor issue during our visit, but Joe responded immediately and had it resolved in no time. His communication and willingness to help made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again! There were 8 of us. Four 18 year olds and they shared a room. It was perfect.

The property was as I expected from the photos. It was clean and check in was no problem. Our guests liked the house and everybody had a great time. Didn't have any issues so never needed to contact the property manager. Will be back next year

Great stay for family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was warm enough for even adults to swim in when the air temp wasn’t super warm! The property manager was prompt & wonderful when a small issue arose. It was a very nice house & wonderful layout for travelling with extended family. There is a lot of stairs in the house but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kids enjoyed the roof-top & all the decks & patios. Wonderful!!!

Christmas vacation

Family Vacation

While looking for a perfect place to stay I messaged the owner about a few things I needed clarification on. Within minutes he responded and sent me photos to show us the property’s dockage. We started our trip with a tropical storm following us to Marathon. So for 2 days we stayed in and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner reached out to me after knowing we had bad weather and offered us extra time make sure we got the best out of our trip. I highly recommend if you want someone who will always be there to answer your concerns.
