Gulf views w/scenic elevated sundeck, heated shared pool, boat dock availability

Enjoy Four (4) separate levels of outdoor privacy. All levels include comfort seating/lounging, and shade/cover for various weather conditions. Outdoor dining available on two separate levels. Panoramic gulf views from the elevated (35foot) rooftop deck provides great relaxation, and large enough (700sq ft.) for entertainment anytime day or night. Seating/chaise lounges under permanent shade sail, rolling umbrella, and outdoor shower are also located on rooftop deck for sunny days.

Covered Ground level provides an electrified lighted tiki bar with fridge, bar stools, shaded porch seat swing, dining table for six (6), weber grill and parking for up two vehicles. Beach chairs, floats, fishing poles, deep freezer, and two (2) multi-speed bicycles are also located on this level. All just steps away from the heated gulf side pool and the dock pier which offers great fishing day or night.

Dockage for up to (1) 25ft boat available with pre booking required. Slip will be assigned with usage instructions. Trailer space is first come additional parking across the street at Boat house marina for a fee. Public boat ramp is within a quarter mile.

Rest in one of the three bedroom w/ three bathrooms. Master boast a 46-inch TV, king size bed, en suite bath, walk in closet and private balcony w/hammock. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 32 inch tv and en suite bath. Third bedroom as 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4) third bath with standup shower. The open-concept living/dining room, allows enough room for you and your guests to enjoy privacy or gatherings. Ruko tv, local Cable television, wireless internet throughout with flat screen (smart) televisions in each bedroom, living room and ground level. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, coffee grinder/maker, Keurig and granite countertops.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Wonderful experience with the whole process. Joseph was quick with responses, with the silliest of questions. Gated neighborhood made you feel safe. Pool was an excellent option and other guest were friendly. Beach toys and chairs were available at the house and the amenities for cooking were all on hand. Roof top sunsets were up to expectations and an excellent way to start the day. Each room with an on-suite bathroom was very convenient for all family members. Master bedroom balcony with hammock chairs was a great way to end the evening. Great location for travelling to the lower or upper Keys. Plenty of dining options all around the property. We have told family and friends of this location and look forward to staying there in the future.

We had three families and three generations. We all fit into this house comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils that were good. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were very nice. Patios had very nice furniture. The rooftop patio was well furnished with great outdoor furniture. Every floor had a nice deck, and we used them all a lot. Beach accessories included 4 beach chairs, 2 in good shape. Beach umbrellas, noodles, a cooler. Very nice gas grill and small fridge downstairs. Pool was very nice; temp was set to 88 degrees. The dock was fun to sit on; fishing was a challenge with strong currents pushing through the nearby cut. Son-in-law cast as far as he could and hooked a shark. Fought him really hard and eventually broke his rod. Two nearby beaches, Sombrero and Bahia Honda, were better than Key West beaches. Several good restaurants about 5 blocks away. Conch Creamery nearby had great ice cream and very friendly staff.

This place was an excellent value for the price…everything you need including a nice little pool and fishing pier where my spouse was happy to catch some snapper. Napped on the hammock balcony and nice sunset view up top. Plenty of towels and supplies, cute tasteful decor, gated community. We loved it!
