This comfortable home features 2 bedrooms and two full baths. Fully equipped modern kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Main bedroom offers king sized bed. Guest bedroom offers two twin beds plus a trundle. The living room offers a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are modern and all new with rainshowers. Additionally; this home offers enclosed cabana area downstairs with central air, shower facilities, bait freezer, commercial ice machine that produces up to 200lbs per day of complimentary ice. Ready for your day out on the boat fishing or by the pool or a day at the beach. Our modern boat dock offers 30amp dock power, water and a fillet table. Our private parking can accomodate up to 4 vehicles; plus additional carport space; trailer ok. Fully enclosed property for privacy.
