This warm and inviting home maximizes its grounds with ample front parking and abundant outdoor living space in the back. The custom-designed Chef's kitchen features hickory wood cabinets, granite countertops, Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, a 105-bottle wine cooler, a Miele espresso machine, and a large island with ...seating for four. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom also has a king bed and queen bed with an en suite bathroom, while the other guest bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with an extra fridge and storage, and a hall half bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living space includes a screened-in, heated concrete pool surrounded by porcelain tile, a lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with an ice machine, propane grill, and bar seating for six. The tropical landscaping features seven types of fruit trees, a walkable garden with stepping stones, an orchid haven, and beautiful flowering plants. The property sits across from a public golf course and is a short walking distance to a local bar "Dockside" that has nightly music and greaet atmosphere.***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. Family Spring Break 2024

The property was nice and great location. Rough start getting the pool and hot tub temperatures warm even though we asked multiple times during the booking prices and after we checked in. So that was disappointing having multiple days during a short week stay where the kids couldn’t use the cold pool or hot ☹️But we made the best of it and the location was a bonus.

Stayed at this property for a girls trip. We had a blast! The house is fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and spread out. The beds were all comfy and the furniture was in great shape. All of the high end appliances worked with no issues. The house was well stocked. They even had a margarita machine (which got lots of use). The neighborhood is quiet and the house is short driving distance to sombrero beach, restaurants and grocery. We spent most of the time on the lenai. The hot tub and pool were great. The zen garden was a great place to meditate and relax. Saw dolphins swimming right out back in the bay. Also, saw many jelly fish and sheepshead. I highly advise this property. We already booked again for next year!!! Can’t wait to go back

Fabulous

3 couples stayed a week in January, and everyone agreed this is the best property we've ever booked through VRBO. The beds and pillows were quality - no one had issues sleeping. The pool and hot tub were amazing, as was the outdoor area. Very high quality kitchen appliances (we didn't mess with the fancy coffee maker - yikes), cookware, and utensils. We did have some trouble finding light switches for the exterior and functioning remotes for items throughout the house. A home guidebook is recommended for future guests. Location was superb. The home is in a neighborhood behind Publix, Walgreens, and a liquor store, so there isn't a need to get on 1 for errands. Dockside bar is a 6 minute walk from the house. They have live music and decent food, but crappy service. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next trip!

Great 2022 sport season in Marathon

This home was in a wonderful location with a great pool and rooms to accommodate our group. With three bathrooms attached to each room very clean and a great place to stay will definitely be returning. The large concrete bulkhead is definitely a plus as well!!!
