She was communicative and the house was clean. Extra cash fees as we added a night and she wanted us to pay outside of the normal methods We had a poodle over 20 lbs, and were charged an extra 150; fair-enough but we left the place in great condition. The room wasn’t ready when we got there.

Literally felt like a home away from home. Super clean, the location was perfect for easy access to both Islamorada and Marathon. Duck Key is very private and none commercialized. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly as we were there during a cold snap. We fished off the dock and caught crab, a lobster, grunts and chubb fish. My son caught an octopus and used his cast net for minnow's. Kitchen well stocked nice appliances beds comfortable. Family of 6 with four teenagers there was a place for everyone that is a hard find. Everyone agreed great find. Thank you Cecilia for everything!

Our stay was wonderful. The owner was exceptional. She was wonderful to communcate with. We brought our boat and toured the island. Went to the restaurant on duck key. People were friendly on both sides. We enjoyed hanging out under the tiki hut which accommodated the six of us comfortably. I would love to stay here again in the future.

This is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed at. We rented & docked a boat and fished from the property (boat rental 3 blocks away). The tiki hut, grill, and fish cleaning facilities topped off our stay.

Family of four with a boat

The duplex was clean and well equipped. All the essential indoor/outdoor cooking appliances and utensils. Outdoor bait freezer. Pleasant outdoor entertainment area with a nice dock and fish cleaning table. The marina was easily accessible, hand a nice ramp, and stocked with everything you could hope for except live bait.

Beautiful spot on canal!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed it! The sunsets you see from the home are amazing! Loved the location of the home as well, just outside of Marathon without being “around everything”. The requirement of washing towels was a smooth process with everything being provided for you. Definitely recommend this home for your Keys stay!

Best Spring Break Ever

We had the best week at this home. The house was extremely clean, decorated so cute, and was in a perfect location! The canal was amazing, we spent the days fishing and paddle boarding in it. The owner was so kind and helpful and was always available for questions! We will absolutely be back!

This property is well setup for those wishing to bring their boats - it's a short idle out of the canals, fish filet stations, electricity, water, etc. We had a great time and Cecelia was very prompt with communication.
