Ótimo café da manhã, quartos com bom espaço, piscina grande e a praia anexa ao hotel também é muito boa. Tem dois bons restaurantes ao lado, não é tão próxima do centro, mas para o que nós queríamos, funcionou perfeitamente. Certamente voltaríamos em outra oportunidade.

Hotel com estrutura antiga, café da manhã bom, recepção atenciosa. Deixou a desejar o serviço de camareira no quesito atenção e limpeza. O chão passavam só pano molhado que ficava até perigoso de circular, sujo de areia estava, sujo ficava. Banheiro com mal cheiro, retiravam as toalhas e não faziam reposição completa, éramos 3 só colocaram 1 toalha, tivemos que ir atrás na recepção para solicitar e mesmo assim ficamos um tempão no quarto esperando, entrar em contato novamente para pedir porque não levaram, tudo isso para poder tomar banho após a praia, fora que muitas são bem mal educadas pois passavam pelos corredores cumprimentávamos e sequer respondiam ou olhavam pra gente. Qualidade dos lençóis também poderia ser melhor, lençol furado aspecto feio. Equipe muito ruim. Tem serviço de monitor na brinquedoteca que achamos muito bacana.

Não gostei da politica do hotel com os clientes parece você está no presídio. Café da manhã fraco. Não vou mais. Caro pra que oferece. Passei 3 dias ninguém veio limpar o quarto. Só os funcionários que são simpáticos, porém vi neles medo do gerente. Piscina paredes sujas. Ficam vigiando os clientes, achei terrível. Minha neta não pode entrar, uma criança de 2 anos pra ficar na area da piscina comigo , fiquei indignada, quase que ía embora,

Poderia ser melhor atendido e não tem toalhas

Começou quando ao tentar fazer o check in online no site e não estar funcionando e falando com um atendente via whatsapp o mesmo falou que eu que ia chegar tarde no dia do check in ia pegar a suite que tivesse mesmo tendo reservado a mais de 7 meses, ou seja se chega um sem reserva querendo a mesma suite pode ficar com uma melhor que a minha que me programei bem antes , absurdo esse regra. Agora ao chegar a noite tomei banho frio pois o chuveiro nao ligava , como sou eng. depois de sair do banho fui atras do qiuadro eletrico e achei 2 dijuntores desligados, se fosse leigo não tinha resolvido e não acho que tenho que fazer isso, ja no segundo dia apos arrumaçao não nos deixaram toalhas de rosto nem tapetes de piso, usamos a toalha da pisicna para isso.. no 2 dia de arrumaçao reclamamos na recepção que não tinhamos recebido toalha para dessa vez colocar e ao chegar a noite na praia novamente so tinhamos as toalhas de banho, ao reclamar novamente na recepcçao falaram que não tinham mais toalhas (2 dias seguidos) e ao tentar pedir entao a da piscina para colocar no piso falaram tb que não podia fornecer pois ja tinhamos devolvido a que pegamos no dia, então ia ter que sair molhando todo o piso e tb não podia mais ir na piscina pois nao tem toalhas disponiveis e as que tem (piscina e praia) criam uma regra absurda , se não tem toalha suficiente não aluga os quartos ou seja mais flexivel pois se tivesse ajudado com a da piscina não tinha colocado nada aqui ...
