This vacation home was established as a home for animals and their owner, and the surrounding environment has remained unchanged.
From Solanas start several excursions to be undertaken on foot or by mountain bike through the paths of the Park of the Seven Brothers - Mount Genis, a recognized natural monument. The path of 24 kilometres develops among woods, streams and Mediterranean scrub: the panorama is among the most suggestive.
Another path is that of Punta Minni Minni that from Solanas leads to Castiadas and Villasimius. A challenging walk, but considered among the most beautiful in Sardinia, because of the unique panoramic views.
Only 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Solanas equipped with bathing establishments and restaurants.Only 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, Calasinzias and Costa Rey.
The airport of Cagliari is 40 minutes by car (45 km).
The Villa consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one with a very nice loft with a single bed, a bathroom.
