This unique Mapleton house has 8 inviting bedrooms, each with multiple beds, some kings, others queens, twins, and bunkbeds perfect for sleeping 30+. A very fun family retreat , within 15-20 minutes of BYU, UVU, and 40 minutes to Salt Lake City . This amazing house is perfect for large groups or families looking for a quaint retreat. Sitting on 2 acres, this beautiful large grass front yard and grass side yard is perfect for up to eight outdoor volleyball nets. Parking for 8 cars . This home features a large kids outdoor playground, an indoor kids play room with a custom built, treehouse and slide. This home also features a lap size indoor pool , indoor in-ground hot tub , indoor raquetball /walleyball /pickleball court and fitness room featuring free weights, Peloton tread & spin Bike and more. Full size Outdoor tennis court and racquetball court + basketball too. We have seating for 30+ in the pool room and seating for 30+ in the kitchen spaces as well as 4 family lounge areas.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 7.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
