Centrally located main floor self contained suite with mountain views, separate private entrance and fenced in cement patio with table and chairs, in a quiet safe cul-de-sac. 1 bed 1 bath light, airy décor, full kitchen (countertop larger capacity oven/air fryer, countertop induction element, dishwasher, full fridge with freezer, tea kettle, Keurig, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils). Washer and dryer in suite. Bathroom has stand up shower. Close to stunning Provincial parks and lakes, horse stables, fishing, hiking/biking trails, close to bus stops. Skip the dishes, Uber, etc come to this location. Suite comes with cable TV with Netflix, room has 1 queen size bed.
