Treasure Cove has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space for easy prep and serving. The generous dining table provides seating for eight.

Very comfortable!

A very comfortable and well laid out home for our group! We enjoyed the snug fireplace room and separate living room. Perfect for our group of 7-9 adults throughout a long weekend with close proximity to both the beach and town. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs to current Smart TV standards so that guests can stream movies from their own accounts.

Ice snow storm

We were not able to access this home due to ice/snow storm that closed roads and cut off power to coast, including town of Manzanita. Although this is not the fault of the home owner we were not able to speak with a local property manager to assess local storm conditions etc. we will see how the travel insurance handles our claim.

The space and location of the house was great. There are repairs needed in the house that would have made our stay more comfortable. Was very difficult to communicate with VRBO, so did not get things fixed.

Fantastic location

This was our first visit to Manzanita. Very cute, small beach town. Extremely dog friendly with most businesses allowing dogs to enter. Only a few restaurants in town and they close around 8 pm so plan accordingly. There is a nice grocery store on the main drag. The house is beautiful with a perfect location only about 1/2 a block to the beach. It is tastefully furnished and large. The kitchen is nice with all necessary dishes and appliances to make our stay comfortable. The dining table next to the kitchen seats 8 people quite comfortably. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. The additional bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. All the bedrooms are similar in size and again tastefully furnished. A couple of small minuses, there were no outside garbage cans for us to empty garbage cans from the house. We contacted Vacasa, they have an office right in town. They were very reactive to help solve the situation, but as it was Friday they couldn’t get us any garbage cans until Monday after we had checked out. Wouldn’t have been an issue except we were traveling with a baby in diapers. The other issue is the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. Had a piece of tape on it that read TV not working. Needs to be removed and replaced. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great getaway close to the beach. Very comfortable furnishings although on most rooms the furniture was too big creating cramped spaces. Great front porch and deck areas. 1 block to the beach and walkable to the main drag in Manzanita. Nightly rate was a bit pricey. Overall we had a great visit and enjoyed the home.

Updated, clean, enjoyable home

This home was thoughtfully designed, decorated and was clean. We were escaping the horrible fire smoke in the Portland metro area and got lucky with this house. The beds were comfortable, which is rare to find in rentals. My one complaint is the price. We paid 475 a night plus fees it was over 600 a night and there was no hot tub or ocean view. I think 325 is more appropriate.

Best Manzanita house. Hands down.

Definitely rating this house our favorite manzanita house ever! And honestly, with this prime location it could have been so much less and we’d still have been satisfied. Just steps from the best beach access point around town. But this house ticks off so many more boxes! Amazing front porch and yard for lounging and playing and a nightly fire in the clay pit for a less windy s’mores experience? Yes. Pet friendly AND Fenced back yard for our dog? Yes. Grill for delicious summer suppers? Also yes. Now add 3 bathrooms for when all the kids come racing back from the beach with the same need? You got it. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms with huge closets and room for spreading out? Also yep. Tho the downstairs living and tv room were a bit smaller than we’d imagined, they were tastefully decorated and VERY cozy. Furniture, cushions and extra blankets are all impeccable. On a windy night we had the best family movie night and played games at the huge dining table. The kitchen was terrific for keeping the family fed AND the very short walk to town to pick up our fave pizza the night I didn’t want to cook was splendid. This house is a must for a great manzanita vacation. We will be back.

Great beach getaway

Not only was this house cozy and clean, the location (1 block to the beach, a quick walk to town) was unbeatable. Lovely home, very clean (we felt totally safe staying here during the covid pandemic), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The heating unit went out on a cold night- but we were given electric space heaters and a service man came out next day. It could happen to anyone. We thought the house was great for a large group and our extended family had a wonderful holiday.
