Located a short 5-block walk to the beach and mere steps to the vibrant shops on Laneda Avenue, amazing restaurants, quaint coffee houses, art galleries, natural food stores, a beautiful library, and the Hoffman Center for the Arts, it may be difficult to explore all of the fun attractions nearby!

Inside the home, you will find vaulted ceilings, large windows, and lots of natural light throughout. Cuddle up in front of the woodstove in the living room and visit with loved ones or enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare each meal. The dining area has a large table and a long, cushioned window seat perfect for reading a book on a rainy day or hanging out with the cooks in the group while they whip up something tasty.
