El condominio se encuentra a 200 metros de la playa de olas altas, en una zona muy segura y de facil acceso. muy tranquilo. ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. cerca de las principales playas como la audiencia, miramar y la boquita.
El departamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y vacacionar con poco presupuesto. cada habitacion cuenta con su propia pantalla, asi como una en la sala de estar.
