Your family will have a great time down here in the south coast there is just so much to do, you can swim, surf, fish, snorkel, build sand castles, go rock hopping or even have a game of tennis at the local court.
Plenty of bush walks to explore, or you can just relax and enjoy a good book.
Open plan lounge area with Tv, dining and kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
Three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with three single beds.
There is a cot in the master bedroom, you will need to bring your own linen.
Two bathrooms one having a large bathtub and other with laundry.
Gas Bbq out the back and outdoor undercover seating out the front looking toward Manyana Beach and Green Island.
Cafes and general stores at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.
Manyana is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Pet allowed outside only in fully fenced small yard - front fence is only 1m high.

A recently renovated home directly opposite the ocean and short walk to the beach.
A 4 bedroom home recently renovated and directly opposite the ocean. A short walk to beautiful beaches. Lots of beds. An enclosed yard well setup and fenced all around. Soft grass and well maintained outside. Little extras like tea bags, UHT milk, hand wash, tea towels, etc and a very smart TV. A great place to get away for the weekend or and endless summer holiday on the beautiful south coast of NSW.
Thank you to the owners who allowed us to bring our well behaved Labradoodle dog.

We have already booked for next year
Comfortable, spacious and clean with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We happened to have a rainy weather week while we were there and the beautiful sea views from the lounge room made our stay even more special. The owners have recently updated the outdoor area with decking and seating which was lovely too. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year. Thank you!
