Matt’s house was clean and beds were comfortable. Great view of the lake from the back porch and new dock. Really nice neighborhood boat launch close to the house that can be used at very low lake level. All around great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this Toledo Bend property! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and it was a great place to spend time with family and enjoy the area. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

House was exactly as advertised. Not one issue. My family had a great time fishing and jus relaxing. Very friendly people in the neighborhood as well. Our host kept in touch making sure everything was as we expected. (And it was) We will absolutely be back and would refer this place and host to anyone. Thanks
