This newly constructed 3 bed 2.5 bathroom unit offers a fully equipped open concept living area. Covered parking keeps your car cool underneath the unit


Note: All stays are a minimum of 7 nights. Owners will manually manage availability so please inquire on the most important nights for you to stay and we will work out the calendar.

It is a nice little community. House was nice and new. The furniture was very cheap and not very comfortable. There was very limited kitchen utensils and cookware. I was told it was cleaned right before we checked in, but the floors were dirty. My feet were black immediately. It is a pretty place but definitely needs more quality furniture and kitchen essentials. The cleaning was questionable. I also felt more details could have been included in the listing. I had to ask about towels, bedding, and whether or not there were tv’s in the bedrooms. We actually went and bought small tv’s since there was only one in the small living room. The host was very responsive when I reached out. It is nice but needs extras to be comfortable, in my opinion.

The property is situated in a great location and has brand new utilities and amenities. We enjoyed the walkable distances to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants, such as Charlie's Farm Market, Charlie's Bait and Tackle, and Kaboodles Ice Cream. The host was very responsive and communicative.
