Nestled on the causeway between Manteo and Roanoke Island, as well as the beaches of Nags Head, Summer Breeze makes for the perfect OBX vacation. Easy day trips to historic sites and lighthouses, proximity to local restaurants and shopping, and evening walks through the community are sure to be a favorite while vacationing here.

Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Summer Breeze
Overall the accommodations were good, but there were some cleanliness issues that we conveyed to the PM. Carpets were stained in many places. Need to tear out the carpet & lay LVT. Bathroom was not cleaned well. The beds, were very comfortable.

Disgusting property
The second bathroom had black mold on the wall and floor, dishwasher door fell off the hinges, bathroom floor was covered in hair, windows taped shut, master bedroom ceiling was filthy dirty and dead cockroach on the floor. When you book the property, beware there are excessive admin fees on top of quoted rate.
