This was my first experience doing self registration with no person to check in with. All the instructions were sent thru text, easy to follow. The property itself was big, nice, clean hotel, wifi was fast. I love the big bathroom. Bed was nice, was on a softer side. Great place to stay close to lake chelan. Value for money.

They moved there check out time to 10am , hardly enough time to have coffee and shower in Am , I won’t go back tell they change back to 11 am . Also the ceiling fan was discusting.

It was new to us to use remote check in but finally figured it all out. Our room was very clean and tidy but had a smell that was “hotel- cleaning products?? Quite strong) The bed was comfy .
