This exclusive detached villa, completed in 2023, is located in the elevated residential area of La Paloma, just 9 km from the marina of Sotogrande and only 1.5 km from the sea. Surrounded by peace and nature, its location offers easy access to beaches and the main attractions of the Andalusian coast.
Set on a private, fully fenced 1,250 m² plot, the villa offers 375 m² of living space distributed over three levels. Villa Morris stands out for its contemporary architecture, bright and generous interiors, and high-quality furnishings, carefully selected to ensure a comfortable and refined stay.
Inside, the villa features a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, digital TV, and full air conditioning (hot and cold), making it ideal year-round. The open-plan, high-end kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, modern appliances, and a dedicated coffee area, with direct access to the pool and outdoor terraces.
The property offers four bedrooms. On the main floor, there is an elegant master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and direct access to the pool. The upper floor hosts three bedrooms, two of them with double beds (160x200 cm), several with private terraces and en-suite bathrooms. The lower level features a large open-plan room without windows, ideal as a home cinema or multipurpose space, equipped with three single beds (90x200 cm) and a full bathroom.
