This 2 bedroom penthouse is located on the western Costa del Sol in Bahia Las Rocas, close to Sotogrande and just 15 minutes from Gibraltar.
From the balcony and roof top terrace you have stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar all the way to Africa.
The penthouse has luxurious facilities: fully equipped kitchen with high quality cookware, large 4k smart TV with X-box, high speed internet, comfortable beds with high quality mattresses, gas barbecue with 4 flames and much more. This is not just a place to stay between rounds of golf, excursions or visits to the beach, this is a place to feel good and enjoy, for a relaxing holiday.
Fitness studio with treadmill, ergometer, stepper and weight machines and a 20-metre pool are at your disposal. Please note that the pool does not have a non-swimmer area.

The beach is within walking distance, but a car is essential for a holiday in this flat.

You have easy access to three beaches noted as the best beaches in this area - two of them feature a Chiringuito.

Bliss on the Costa Del Sol

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, and very well furnished and equipped. Everything that we wanted, or reasonably could have wanted was already in the apartment. The apartment benefits from being on the hillside about 1km inland from the main coast road, so is relatively quiet and peaceful and has fabulous, panoramic views of the sea, Gibraltar, and across to Africa. When we checked in the lady who handed over the keys gave us a comprehensive guide to local supermarkets and places to eat which was super helpful. One word if advice would be that you really must have a car because there are no facilities within walking distance. If returning to the area, we would definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Quiet area, good home base, amazing views

Views are amazing from this penthouse apartment. Overall I rated this property a 4 out of 5. Good location although it requires a car to get around. My only complaint is the accuracy of the listing as the bed is not a king size as was indicated in the listing. Communication was easy with Maggie the property manager.

Quiet and family friendly home with wonderful view of Strait of Gibraltar

We had a lovely time staying in this bedroom home on the hilltops of Manilva overlooking Gibraltar. About a 5 minute drive to the closest beachfront that was smaller, quieter, and more off the “beaten-track” than San Luis de Sabillinas. It was a quiet place to stay where it got comfortably cooler in the evenings. I was able to connect with Mel, Felix, Maggie, and Cary who assisted with locals shops and things going on locally. Everything was easy to use in the home and all items provided. I would recommend a car, if able as the hills are steep from the coast and so you can go to restaurants and the supermarket. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf Gibraltar ist phänomenal. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Geräten bestückt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings etwas abgelegen. Ohne Auto ist ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich.

Gibraltar zum Greifen nah

Meine Frau und ich hatten sehr erholsame 3 Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Urbanistion, die auch von einem Sicherheitsdienst bewacht wird. Die Wohnung selber war perfekt eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sogar der Aufzug fährt direkt in die Tiefgarage zum festen Stellplatz. Ein Auto ist jedoch unentbehrlich, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Dachterasse haben wir eigentlich gar nicht benutzt, da bereits die Aussicht vom Balkon perfekt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn nicht unser nächstes Reiseziel Asturien wäre. Viele Liebe Grüsse U+H
