Our Penthouse is located one hour from Malaga airport and Πhour from Gibraltar.
It has an area of 95 mÂČ, plus a terrace of 22 mÂČ and has a south / south-west orientation that allows until sunset, to enjoy an exceptional view of Gibraltar.
It is intended for 4 people and consists of:
- A large living room with flat screen TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with among others a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a microwave .... ;
- Two bedrooms with double bed (1. 6m x 2. 00m);
- Two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet each;
- laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities;
- A terrace with two loungers and a beautiful table and 4 garden chairs;
- A place in an easily accessible underground car park;
- A shared swimming pool in the property
- It is equipped with a powerful Wifi and free.
The beach is 900 meters, there are several golf courses within 15kms and all the necessary shops. Two very nice little marinas (La Duquessa and Sotogrande) are just a short drive away. Tourist cities such as Ronda, Seville, Cadiz, Marbella, Cordoba, Granada ... are accessible in one day. And for ski enthusiasts, the snowy mountain is nearby (two hours drive). All you need for a successful holiday.

Excellent Apartment, Location, & View!

We spent just over a week at this property and everything was amazing, from beginning to end. We met Valerie (the property manager) at the front gate of the complex and she walked us up to the unit and showed us everything. From the balcony, the views of Spain, Gibraltar, Africa, and especially the mythical “Pillars of Hercules” are outstanding! Everything was as expected and as listed in the posting. The pool area was clean and never seemed to be crowded or busy. The surrounding area felt very safe, but (as others have mentioned) a rental car is almost a necessity to get to nearby restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. The underground parking was really convenient and very much appreciated in the early August heat! Philippe and Valerie were available to answer questions, as needed, and both offered great suggestions for places to dine. At the end of our stay Valerie met us at the property, once again, to collect the keys and send us on our way. You really cannot go wrong with this property! Thank-you Philippe and Valerie!

Amazing stay!

We would definitely go to this place again - with a few caveats - you HAVE to rent a car! We spent the first two days stressed with no food and no taxis that spoke english. But after that - amazing - you dont have to go out every eve because the balcony views are beautiful and so peaceful. If youre looking to relax rent a car and stay here x

Lovely modern apartment

Had a lovely stay in this modern apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent, all questions promptly answered. Bedrooms are a decent size and living space is well laid out. The balcony is amazing, gets the sun from lunchtime to sunset with an amazing view over the rock of Gibraltar. Definitely need a car as there are no shops, cafes or restaurants within easy walking distance due to the hill that the villa is situated on. It is, however, extremely peaceful up here and only 5 mins drive from some wonderful beaches, amazing tapas bars and restaurants in nearby Sotogrande. Would definitely return but it is essential to have a hire car.

Pasamos una estancia estupenda, el apartamento muy limpio y no faltaba ningĂșn detalle, estaba muy bien equipado tanto en mobiliario como en electrodomĂ©sticos. L’ accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs froid mais la personne est rĂ©active aux demandes. Nous n’avons pas eu d’explications du fonctionnement de Ă©lectromĂ©nager de l’appartement. Les oreillers Ă©taient inconfortables, pas de papier toilette Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, il a fallut repartir pour faire les courses (trajet en voiture de 15 mn). La voiture est indispensable sur place. MĂ©nage non fait, mais nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ© des frais de mĂ©nage. MalgrĂ© ces dĂ©tails, l’appartement est fonctionnel et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique.
