Perfect family spot with stunning sea views

The apartment is in an excellent location, overlooking the beach and just a short walk from the marina. The lovely promenade right in front of the building stretches for miles, reaching westward and all the way east to Estepona.Inside, the apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machine, located outdoors, was slightly temperamental—possibly due to some damp affecting the electronics. This was during our stay in April, so it may not be an issue later in the season. We've mentioned this to the Duquesa Estates team, who were fantastic and very responsive.Overall, this apartment offers the perfect base for a family holiday, ideally situated away from the busier areas but still close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Duqesa Estates in Manilva was simply amazing! Perfect spot, walkable Marina with several restaurants to choose from, great views and great staff. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Location met our objectives and we enjoyed our stay overall. However there were issues of great concern -Apartment - Needs a deep clean throughout including the balcony. We had to wipe down all the balcony furniture before using. Shower room was unhygienic with black mould in the shower tray and there was a permanent smell from the bathroom. Shower Room and kitchen drain needs urgent attention. We had to constantly pour boiling water down the drains to get these to flow.Air-conditioning was broken and the vents were disgustingly dirty and from the look of these had never been cleaned. The washing machine rubber was black and required scrubbing with bleach. Furnishings old. Needs updating. Insufficient bedding. The bedside lamp in the second bedroom is faulty and flickers. The kitchen extractor was broken and had to be replaced. The cover was not re-installed at the time of our departure. The pipe work on the extractor still needs to be re-sealed.The couch in lounge was full of sand and the vacuum cleaner had nor been emptied and the hose was blocked (no suction).The extra furniture on the balcony was either broken or in a poor state of repair.A few of the dinning room chairs (legs) were unstable. Kitchen cupboard door off the hinge. Fridge had broken bits with a loose shelf which the agent had to remove as it could not be fixed.Some of the issues were resolved but we should never have been placed in this position in the first place.

Great location and view

This is an amazing condo. 5 minute walk to the marina, stores, restaurants. We loved everything about it. Went for huge walks in both directions. Condo is very well equipped. Only 2 comments, maybe should have more kitchen plates and bowls. We did a lot of cooking and found we had to wash dishes instead of using the dishwasher (which works very well). Also, had a very hard time trying to find the parking spot in the underground garage. After 2 days we just parked outside. Hope we can come back again. Luba and Vickie were very helpful.

Fantastic front line apartment. Large rooms and huge balcony, shaded from mid afternoon. Very well equipped. 5 minute walk to the port and the many restaurants and bars. Great pool, always beds available.

Fabulous location. Front line apartment within walking distance of the port.

We had a great stay in the apartment. However, there were things that need attention. The dryer on the washing machine not working. The dishwasher did not do a thorough clean. Had to buy wok and frying pan I know its front line but the windows really grubby. Lighting in the lounge/dining room not adequate...it was very dark. All in all it was fine but needs a little bit of TLC.

I det hela bra då det var lätt att ta sig fram med rullstol men att duscha i den minimala duschkabinen (vilken såg gigantisk ut på bild) var nästan omöjligt för oss Diskmaskinen diskade inte så jättebra och om man fick önska skulle spisen vara lite lättare att hantera Trots detta skulle vi gärna komma tillbaka pga den fantastiska utsikten
