Well appointed apartment in quiet location yet very close to the beach and port.

Location, layout, pool area, amenities, quiet community, cleanliness. Being very picky the showers could be more powerful and having a better range of TV channels, but neither impacted on our holiday.

The accommodation was generous in size and well appointed it had a large patio area that was south facing meaning we had sun most of the day. I would happily recommend this property and Duquesa estates for their level of service. The washing machine was a little hit and miss and the toaster was poor.

Location, balcony lovely, apartment getting outdated but functional, We never received towel and bedding change in two weeks. Apartments were being painted and contractors noisy. No mention of this when booking.

Close to beach and Duquesa Marina, well kept community buildings and gardens, short walk to Sabinillas supermarket etc. During our stay we noticed that by 09:00 a group of people had already pre booked loungers with their towels and then left there for most part of the day. This might not be something you can address

Location, size and layout of the apartment. We would stay here again. Great complex. Lovely view. Apartment needs WIFI, English channels/Sky, could be tidied up a bit with broken floor tile on balcony and modernised. Shower in the main bathroom didn't work so kids had to bath. Furniture on balcony was very heavy and noisy and got really hot in the sun.

Lovely

A lovely, spacious and clean apartment in a well maintained complex. With a nice terrace for morning coffee and long evenings. Perfect location for one-day trips to Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar etc.
