Location, location, location.

This gem of an apartment is located between the popular marina, Puerto de la Duquesa, and the picturesque little fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. From the apartment you have 15 meters to the pool area and about 50 meters down to the sea and the beautiful beach. No problem here, to go down in the morning and take a morning bath!

There is a lot to see and experience in the area. Just a few hundred meters from the apartment, Puerto de la Duquesa is considered one of Costa del Sol's best marinas. In the marina you can book boat and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars. If you go from the apartment, you will find Castillo de la Duquesa, once a Roman fishing village with some good restaurants.

A bit beyond La Puerto de la Duquesa lies the charming Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas, where you will find everything you may need; supermarkets, shops, banks and pharmacies. The nice promenade lined with bars and restaurants. In Sabinillas you can also visit a traditional market every sunday morning and every Friday you have a smaller market at the seafront and more.

Great location, spotlessly clean.

Exceptionally clean well presented apartment. Great location for the Port with cafes and restaurants in abundance. Ideal base for couples. A map of the complex showing the actual location of the apartment or more detailed directions would be useful. Would definitely stay again.

stylish villa

This is a very nice stylish villa. Very well furnished and equipped the kitchen is easy to use and has everything you need to self cater. Bjorn has thought out details like lots of tea towels loads of glasses the right size pots and pans, and a generous fridge. The beds are very comfortable. The TV is amazing with a million channels on it!! The booking process is arduous but Ana was very nice and helpful when we got there. The only disappointment is the pool. It's only open from the 1st June and then has restricted hours. A couple at midday and a couple in the evening . It's not a pool to lounge by.

Great location, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment.

We had a great time in this recently refurbished, comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious apt, very much home from home experience. Only 50m to the beach. In an area we know and love. The apt is only a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, bars and shops. Despite being the height of season the the apt is in a peaceful area. We thought this was a very family friendly location, a safe beach with lifeguards. The owner Bjorn is an excellent host who called by to make sure everything was okay & is easily contactable if needed. We would definitely return, and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Alojamiento perfecto

Niestra estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías: mobiliario y electrodomésticos buenos, menaje muy completo (no faltaba de nada) , muy limpio. La urbanización en primera línea de playa, muy cuidada y tranquila. Lo único a lo que poner un pero es que la terraza no tiene nada para protegerte del sol, falta un toldo o sombrilla. Altamente recomendable.

Los Flamingos Appartment - empfehlenswert

Lage und Örtlichkeit an sich Spitze. Gemütliche Unterkunft und gut zu finden. Die einzigen sehr kleinen Kritikpunkte sind: man braucht bisschen Geduld bei der Parkplatzsuche, der Putzdienst hätte auch den Mülleimer leeren können und mal im Kühlschrank durchwischen (ansonsten war es sehr sauber). Es empfiehlt sich auch genau die Adresse zu lesen, weil die Nummer des Schlüssels eine andere ist und die Anordnung der Wohnungen etwas verwirrend sind (gibt aber einen Plan in der Mitte). Check in war bei geschlossenem Büro - lief zwar an sich reibungslos - aber war eben ein leicht merkwürdiges Gefühl, dass niemand für eine kleine Einweisung/Begrüßung da war. An sich keine große Sache, lief alles gut ab. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist neu und modern eingerichtet, trotzdem gemütlich. Sehr gut ausgestattet was Geschirr etc. angeht und sowie technisch mit W-LAN, unzähligen Fernsehkanälen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner top. Betreuung vor Ort war auch gut, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lediglich der Zugang zum Pool der Anlage war nicht möglich, da die Poolanlage wohl schon im September (?) nicht mehr in Betrieb ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!
