This fantastic ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals, that you could enjoy at the dinner table in the living room or outside on the terrace. In the living room there is also a comfortable lounge area where you can relax or watch TV. If you need to do some laundry during your stay there is a washing machine in a laundry room. It has a large sunny terrace and also a small terrace with evening sun. Another important detail is that this apartment is very close to one of the nice pool areas.

Great location. Some TLC required.
Some items require immediate attention. All bathroom sealants need renewing. Balcony hose broken, various small lights require replacement bulbs, clock not working.

Très bel appartement spacieux
Je recommande fortement cet appartement, le logement est spacieux, le complexe est génial, avec 4 piscines et deux terrains de Padel. L’appartement dispose d’une place de parking en sous sol. À 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. Super vacance. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Apartamento con problemas, pésimo servicio de la inmobiliaria
El apartamento está bien aunque presenta algunos problemas en su mantenimiento:
- Ambas duchas sujetas con cinta americana
- Bidé no funciona
- Menaje muy escaso (sólo dos cacerolas pequeñas y dos sartenes viejas y sucias)
- Problemas con las llaves de acceso a la finca
- Termo del agua caliente roto
- Colchón de la cama principal hundido en uno de sus lados (duermes inclinado)
Por lo demas, el apto es moderno, dentro de una urbanización muy agradable y con todos los servicios cerca, aunque NO está a pie de playa (unos 15-20m caminando)
Lo gestiona una inmobiliaria (ENOVA States, SL) y su servicio ha sido deficiente:
- La recogida de llaves es a través de un buzón con contraseña (enviada por email) y nadie te explica nada sobre la vivienda y la urbanización.
- En los juegos de llaves entregados, NO se incluían las llaves de acceso a la urbanización (estuvimos dos días entrando a través del parking con el mando a distancia)
- Les informamos de que el termo del agua caliente estaba roto y NO enviaron a ningún técnico: estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente y acabamos nuestro alquiler sin ella.

La urbanización esta muy bien equipada y cuidada. Es espectacular, la tienen en muy buenas condiciones
