Spacious duplex penthouse in Vasari Village A short 3 minute walk to a lovely wide beach and 3 mins drive from the marina at Puerto Duquesa with free WIFI . The Master bedroom is on the upper floor. It has twin beds that can be made into a double as required, a dressing area, full en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea views The upper terrace has patio furniture and there are also 2 rattan style sun loungers and BQ. The second bedroom on this floor also has twin beds that can be made into a double as required, with full en-suite bathroom.
There is a further bedroom on the lower floor with twin beds that can be made into a double as required and also has a full en-suite. The lounge is furnished with quality wooden furniture and has patio doors leading to the huge terrace which has sea views and dining furniture for dining al - fresco.
Please note that this is a duplex property. There is a bedroom on the lower floor, but the apartment is accessed by an external stairway.
The parking space for number 8 is at the bottom of the stair.

Sand, sea and space - great place to stay.

Five people/3 generations stayed. Apartment very spacious; best features the 3 large double bedrooms with full ensuite and big balconies. Lovely pool, (maintained daily) perfect for our grand daughter who wouldn't leave as well as us. Quite steep steps to property but good exercise for us. No issues apart from electric gate fob needed replacing and this was done instantly by Fran (thank you). On arrival initially a little disappointed to find we were so close to A7 and noise from balcony, but soon got used to it and the good location to beaches, harbour, Gilbrater and restaurants made up for it. Everything you needed included within apartment including sunbeds for pool and bed linen/towels/hairdryer etc. Good beach restaurants within walking distance (across road) lovely harbour (mini Marbs) within 5 mins drive - has everything there including restaurants, boat hire and entertainment. Thoroughly recommend visit to Gilbralter, less than hours drive away and no issues at border. Everything within easy reach. Good communication from property owner Patricia and we would recommend and stay again.
