awesome place to stay at.. really close to the airport .

There's bugs in the bathroom..I smelled paint from hallway..

THE HOTEL ACCOMADATED OUR FAMILY. IT WAS COMFORTABLE AND PROVIDED THE MINIMAL AMENITIES. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS LOUD. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THANK YOU

The reservation specialist are very accommodating. My parents were taken cared upon arrival from NAIA. My parents arrived late, due to flight delay. The shuttle charged additional fee for long wait. I do not mind as long as they were safe. Next time, I will schedule pick up at least 1 hour after ETA, just in case of flight delay. I will definitely book again.

Friendly staff helped ensure my kids and I made it on our very early international flight.

Staff are helpful. Food is great. Had a great time. Hotel rates and food prices are reasonable. Had fun at the pool with the family

The hotel is outdated and the rooms are old. Its not what i expected for the price.

Mabuhay manor has great breakfast buffet. Price is affordable and I think fair for its amenities. It's not a 4 star hotel. It's good for an overnight stay. Not recommended for leisure or vacation.

It was so dusty. Floor tiles were so old, bathroom was not convenient to use, and roaches were all over. They dont give towelettes, extra soap that meant for your stay, they charge towels, and etc.

I was here twice over a 2 week period. First stay, room was clean, but fridge did not work and room had lots of ants. The second stay, the room was very nice. The fridge was stocked with beer, soda and water. The restaurant always had a nice breakfast w/ great coffee. The food served later in the room was great and priced right. Staff was always super. Pool was clean, but I only got to swim there once. I would stay here anytime.

Big room, comfy bed. Close to mall of asia. Good beeakfast, food for family.

We have been staying here annually since 1997. This is when it was the Anito then the Balakbyan. The rates are great and my wife loves to shop the Baclaran district.

Great and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a great variety. Loved the shuttles to places. Room had a very nice working AC. Room had a fridge, was a little outdated so it didn't get cold too much. Down side - I had a millipede crawling on my towel and a roach in the shower. Room service took a little long and I paid for an extra guest but never got a blanket, just a sheet.

Hotel was ok,room was big, there are only 2 towels in the bathroom to use, internet is free but slow

Hotel staffs were very accommodating.Food buffet is great.Clean room and amenities.Very satisfied

As advertised it was relatively close to airport, but I could wait a few hours for a metered taxi at about $3 to $4 or I chose the scalpers at $20 so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Got to hotel in about 30 minutes but once at hotel they wouldn't accept me because they had not received the voucher from internet travel agent , After sitting on plane for 12 hours, now I sit for another hour and finally told them I would pay out-of-pocket for room. The neighborhood was so scary I decided to eat at hotel so i take a seat at hotel restaurant and after 30 minutes waiting i go to bar and order. they forgot what i ordered so waited about 1 hour for a beer and french fries. it only gets worse so if you like nightmares stay at this place.

This hotel had problems, even with its good location, I would not stay there again. The hotel staff were notified of the problems and told me that they could not or would not correct them. I'm filipino, Filipino's are known for taking care of their guests. The Filipino's at this hotel did not carry on that tradition.

The good: the room was fine for the price and included breakfast, as advertised. Staff was pleasant. The bad: web description suggests that airport shuttle is included; it is not. They charge 300 pp for a shuttle, which is TWICE the price of a taxi and you're stuck waiting around for their people while many a taxi pass you by. I emailed customer service to ask for an airport pick up and no one responded. Then, when I arrived, they did not have my reservation and asked that I go online to print it out. Their business center printer did not work, so I had to email the guy at the front desk. All in all it took 30 minutes to check in (after arriving at 11p.m. with an a.m. international flight). No one seemed in a hurry. The following morning, I waited 30 minutes for the (double-the-price) shuttle before eventually hailing my own cab. Don't get me wrong, the staff was friendly and the room was nice, but these things need to improve. Also, don't bother using their shuttle service.
