The host is very nice enough to let us check in 2 hours early, that was really nice the place is quite nice too but I gotta be honest, I’d like to give this place a five star but I think it’s fair enough for me tell that the biggest problem I had was cockroaches and I’m not talking about 1 or 10 there was so many that they even make it inside the fridge. I have to leave my luggage outside my yard for 2 days hoping the cold will kill them and wont make it in our house. Pls stop putting laundry in utilities too if it’s not available inside the condo trust me this makes people upset and hopeful that they will be able to do their laundry just leave it out. Other than that everything was great.

Uneducated service, they need to go back to Spanish. Because they can't speak English or understand. They need more education on how to service their customers. On a 1 to 10 scale maybe a one or less. New management needed.
