Room in a condo property

It’s a bit of a weird set up. It isn’t really a hotel as such. It is split into several blocks and appears to be condo units. The block and floor that I was allocated was owned privately and by RedDoorz. There were several rooms that had possession/acquired/for sale signs on the doors. I was allocated a family room split over 2 levels with 3 beds. There were ok facilities but was just far too big for me. I ended up sleeping in a single bed because I just couldn’t be bothered to climb up and down some steep steps all the time!

Other than being cheap, this property offers very little to the tired traveler. There was no breakfast even though my payment clearly includes breakfast. Management offered np explanation and definitely no refund. Secondly it is not even an actual hotel but a condo unit. Amenities you expect at a hotel like cleanliness and service will not be available. They'll put you in an unsold umit. No room cleaning was available and when i used their towel to clean some spiled coffee, they charged me P300. No pointargiing wirh ftont desk as she obviously was just following instructions from a crooked managemnt. Unless you want to be screwed over when you check out, save ypurself the headache and book elaewhere.

I didnt like the fact that there were 4 hotels of the same name in this area and you didnt specify which hotel. I also didnt like the fact that your reference said 3 km from airport but it was a bloody lot further. Dont ask me for anymore comments because i am pissed off. Will never book anything with you lot again.

Spaciou clean room divided into sleeping + dining

Spacious clean room that is divided into sleeping area and kitchen/dining. Comfortable bed, quiet, and clean. Bathroom is a bit small but sufficient. Did not try wifi or breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall very good value. Taxi can be a bit hard to get in that area. The condo complex is located along a busy residential road with shops etc nearby, but only few taxi's pass in the morning and are often occupied.

There was nothing special or unique about the room. The property was located in an area that was not safe to go out after dark. The buildings were in disrepair from the outside view.
