I like the pool, the staff were very nice and approachable , the room were cute but there were cockroach in the room and crawling beside the pool, cigarettes in the pool, and the WiFi is weak.

The first thing that caught my eye was the wall covering of the ocean water. It made the room feel relaxing and inviting. I loved the beddings, and the toiletries. And also, the refreshments that were complimentary with our stay. The only drawback we saw was the mattress sunk in the middle so, it was difficult to sleep. And, the front desk kept our I.D.’s which we did not feel comfortable about.

responsive to concerns

great.... we were provided with everything we need. however the bathroom had a problem with drainage for two days but when we reported it, it was addressed right away. we had one less towel both hand and bath although we informed them there were three of us. initially we were told they only provide for two to our disappointment but they rectified it the next day and sent an extra one. overall, it was great to have picked maxstay. thanks

Overall this is a nice condo. It was clean, good location and great communication. The upside/ downside was security. You felt very secure, but seemed that you got stopped everytime you entered the building and then asking who you were and that you needed to sign in. From a security standpoint, this is good. However it did become a bit of a pain everytime you entered. Please also note: I am a frequent visitor to Manila and have many friends there.. but please be advised that your may not enter the unit and is restricted to the lobby only.. So if you want have a friend or two over for pizza, forget it.. It was not allowed period nor was that disclosed. Unfortunately I will never stay here again due to that policy.
