The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. My place is near the Terminal 1, 2, 3 Airport so if you have a flights its easy to travel to the airport and also my unit is facing sunrise.

Other things to note
Guests have to pay for the water and power of the Internet and Netflix . Staying in my unit for 15 days. and also i am going to ask for the security deposit. the security deposit will be back if no damage the unit pay all the bills before the check out.

Regarding the pool, guests are allowed to use the pool every Monday to Wednesday and HOLIDAYS Thursday is Cleaning. Friday to Sunday is for the owner unit. Since the guest only short term leasing guests have to pay 100 peso each guest to use the pool. the rule is from the Admin of the condominium unit.
