There was no hot water on the second day of our stay in both bathrooms. I believe someone entered our suites and turn off the electric water heater which are located under the sinks , I believe this is a common complaint from other guests not happy about that. Other than that, the view, the layout is exactly as described. Location is great close to everything..

The property offered a view of Manilla and one of the Philippines super malls. It was easy to get groceries and access the mall or have cars pick you up. The staff at the Luxe were amazing everyone including the cleaning staff. The girls at the front desk were informative and super friendly. Josie was incredible and we can’t wait to come back. A big thank you to all the staff.

The unit is clean and is overlooking the Venice canal. The bed (2 doubles combined) is more than big for 2 people. It would work well with couple with small kids.

We enjoyed the place and the stay,the gondola view from the unit is spectacular.If there is only one thing that needs to improved is the wifi,the wifi only works at the living room til the 1st bedroom but in the kitchen and the master’s bedroom wifi signal is none at all and secondly to put a rag to the terrace entrance because the terrace is kinda wet from the leaking of the a/c vent in the terrace,tendency is when u step on those wet areas the floor from the inside unit will get dirty but won’t be a major concern coz housekeeping does the cleaning everyday.The host is very accomodating and helpful to any concerns,customer service is also great,definitely if i have another chance for holiday I will book this unit again.I would love to return and have a longer stay next time❤️❤️❤️

Close to grand canal mall. Difficult to get hold of the care taker for toilet paper and towels because the care taker has a Philippine phone number and no instruction of what to dial incase the renters has to call
