The condominium property consists of 28 buildings, each with 6 units. Our unit is located on the THIRD floor of the building. While there is no elevator—access is by stairs only—the elevated location offers added privacy, reduced foot traffic, and a calming view of the surrounding greenery.

Free parking is available within the vicinity on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may use any available parking spaces near the building and unit; however, please note that parking is limited to one (1) car per homeowner. For motorcycles, there is no set limit, provided they are properly parked and do not obstruct access or other vehicles. For additional vehicles, guests may consider paid parking at Robinsons Antipolo (approximately 2.2 km away), with an overnight fee of ₱300.

Guest Access

J&J Antipolo Place features two fully air-conditioned bedrooms and a cozy air-conditioned living area, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests with a queen-sized bed, a double-deck bed, and an L-shaped sofa bed.

The queen-sized bed is fitted with a Royal Linen Serenity Mattress (10”), while the double-deck bed uses a Royal Linen Royal Foam Mattress (6”) for both the double and single beds.

Extra bed available for added comfort: For bookings of 6 to 8 guests, a foldable full double-sized Uratex banig with foam (Uratex Cool Zone Mattress) is already provided and can be set up in the living area. For bookings of 4 to 5 guests, the extra bed may be requested for an additional fee.

One of the bedrooms includes a spacious closet and a bag rack for your belongings, while another is equipped with a treadmill, yoga mat, and dumbbells for guests who wish to stay active. For your convenience, an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are also provided.

The living area offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa and three (3) ottomans—perfect for watching movies on our 55-inch Smart TV or simply relaxing with your loved ones. It also comes with a JBL speaker and microphones for karaoke fun or simply enjoying your favorite music. Our inviting dining area offers a great spot to enjoy your meals or chat over casual snacks during your stay.
 
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and dining, including a two-door fridge and spacious cabinets stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, a stove, microwave, rice cooker, multipurpose cooker, blender, kettle, knives, and utensils. For your convenience, we’ve provided a coffee maker with fresh coffee beans so you can brew the perfect cup to start your day. Additionally, you'll find a fully automatic washing machine and a foldable drying rack, making laundry quick and easy during your stay.
 
After enjoying Antipolo’s cool breeze, unwind with a relaxing shower in our bathroom, equipped with a shower heater for your comfort.
 
Other details to note:

A complimentary 20-liter container of mineral water, freshly brewed coffee, and essential toiletries are provided, including four (4) towels, one (1) roll of toilet paper, and clean beddings. Additional towels may be provided for a minimal fee of Php 100 per towel, and guests are welcome to bring their own supplies for convenience. Additional guests after booking may be accommodated for Php 300 per person, subject to host approval. Early check-in or late check-out requests may also be accommodated for a minimal fee of ₱150 per hour, subject to unit availability and host approval.

Please advise the number of guests (including children) and car details upon booking for a seamless check-in process. Third-party bookings (booking for others without being present for the entire stay) are not permitted and go against Vrbo policies. Only registered guests or approved visitors are allowed on the property. Approved visitors are only allowed until 10:00 PM. Staying beyond this time will be considered an overnight stay. Exceeding the agreed number of guests violates house rules and may result in immediate cancellation and/or being asked to leave the property.

Smoking is allowed only outside the building premises. Strictly no smoking inside the unit. An extra deep cleaning fee of 5,000 pesos will be charged for any traces of cigarette smell or ash in the unit.

All useful items can be used during the stay, except locked cabinets. If there were any damages or issues during the stay, kindly report them for proper resolution.
